The Northern Premier League

Sean O'Mahony

Position : Defender

A commanding centre half from Ireland, Sean signed for Runcorn Linnets in September 2020 and ensured the wait for his debut was worthwhile.

Sean's man-of-the-match performance in October's 1-1 home draw was crowned by his equaliser midway through the second half.

Just for good measure, the defender repeated his scoring exploits seven days later - this time with a superb headed winner deep into stoppage time in The Buildbase FA Trophy 2nd Qualifying Round win at Sheffield FC.

Sean formerly played for Cork City, having begun his senior club career at Cobh Ramblers.

After playing for Cobh's Under-19s side in 2012-13, he made his senior debut for the League of Ireland First Division club the following season.

Sean signed for Premier Division outfit Cork City in June 2017, joining midway through their season for the remainder of the campaign, following a highly-successful spell at University College Cork, where he won both the Senior Premier Division and Collingwood Cup.

Sean O'Mahony is not available for sponsorship at this time.
