Runcorn Linnets have signed Callum Leigh from Lancaster City.
The 24-year-old midfielder is available for tomorrow's home Emirates FA Cup tie against Trafford.
Callum moves to APEC Taxis Stadium after joining NPL Premier Division club Lancaster in the summer and has played at the level for various teams.
Immediately prior to his off-season switch to the Giant Axe, he had served Leek Town - making 17 appearances last season.
Callum had joined the Staffordshire outfit from Warrington Rylands in November 2025.
A Rochdale academy product, he has also featured for The New Saints, where for a year he was a full-time professional in the Welsh Premier League, plus Mossley, Bamber Bridge and Buxton.
During his time at the Bucks in the 2024/25 season, he was loaned back to Brig, but suffered a season-ending ACL and MCL injury in January 2025.
He has a good passing range, can score from distance, has good energy and enjoys taking possession.
The player came off the bench to appear in all three Lancasrer games this season.
Welcome to Linnets, Callum! We hope you enjoy your time with us.
