Due to clubhouse bookings and other commitments, the club will be holding its Annual General Meeting a few days earlier than usual in 2024.
To ensure that we are compliant with club rules and policies on time frames relating to the AGM and Trust Board election, we are bringing forward the deadline for renewal of membership for 2024-25.
The new deadline of Sunday, October 27th - replacing Wednesday, October 30th - also applies to anyone wishing to join or rejoin the Trust.
Membership can be applied for at any time during the Trust year (September 1st to August 31st). But only those who have applied and paid this year's subscription by October 27th will be eligible to participate in December's 2024 AGM and election.
You can join the Trust through our ticketing partner Kaizen but will need to register with their site if you haven't done so.
Any 2023-24 member not renewing by Sunday, October 27th will be considered lapsed and their details will be removed from our database.
The notice of the AGM and election will be issued once the revised deadline has passed.
