Under 21s off the mark with Stretford win

Runcorn Linnets Under 21s picked up their first win of pre-season at the second attempt.

They defeated Stretford Paddock U21s 3-1 yesterday with goals from Harry Vernon (pictured), Jay Anderson and Louie Marron.

Billy McNay, latest signing Joel Street and Zack Parker, respectively set up the goals for a youthful XI against the Manchester hosts in Openshaw.
