There is a busy weekend ahead at APEC Taxis Stadium as the new season begins in earnest.

First up on Saturday, August 12th is the eagerly-awaited Pitching In Northern Premier League West opener against Chasetown (kick off 3pm).

Sunday afternoon sees a double header.

Runcorn Linnets Ladies' friendly against Wrexham AFC Women (ko 2pm) follows the Merseyside Business Houses Sunday League fixture, Halton Sports v Home & Bargain, which starts at noon.

The bar and tea bar will be open for all games.
