Brooke sets up Chorley test in FA Cup

An extra-time double from sub Ryan Brooke, on his return from injury, secured a last-gasp 3-2 FA Cup victory for Runcorn Linnets against resilient Charnock Richard, who had twice come from behind in the first qualifying round replay.

It means that Linnets will entertain Chorley of Vanarama National League North in the second qualifying round on Saturday, September 16th with our scheduled NPL West trip to Trafford, therefore, being postponed.
