Moseley keen to make impact as manager hails "fantastic talent"

Adam Moseley has spoken of his delight at becoming Runcorn Linnets' youngest ever contract player.

The 18-year-old frontrunner commented: "Delighted to sign my first contract for my home town club.

"Thanks to (manager) Billy (Paynter), my teammates and the Board for all their support so far.

"It’s a great opportunity for me to continue to develop and hopefully have a positive impact for the remainder of the season."

Manager Billy Paynter said: "Really pleased and happy for Adam to be signing his contract.

"His journey from Runcorn Linnets juniors to now the first team shows that there is talent in our system, with the help and support of our coaches through the age groups.

"Adam is a fantastic talent and we want to keep helping with his development.

"His attitude and willingness to learn haven’t gone unnoticed this past six months. Adam getting his first senior goal in the FA Cup was a fantastic moment for himself and the club.

"I know there is more to come."
