Runcorn Linnets FC is proud to support ASB Awareness Week 2025 (30 June – 6 July), a national campaign led by Resolve to tackle anti-social behaviour and promote safer, stronger communities.

Linnets Ladies players Beth Middleton and Emma Mclarney agree there is no place for anti-social behaviour.

As a club at the heart of the Runcorn community, we understand how anti-social behaviour, whether it’s vandalism, noise, or neighbour disputes, can affect people’s lives.

We stand with Halton Borough Council and local partners in saying enough is enough.

Throughout the week, the Council’s Community Safety Team will be out in Runcorn and Widnes - alongside Cheshire Police, Fire & Rescue, and housing associations - holding drop-in events and speaking to residents about local issues:

Monday, June 30th – Runcorn town centre

Tuesday, July 1st – Widnes town centre

Wednesday, July 2nd (11am–3pm) – Upton Community Centre, Widnes

Thursday, July 3rd (10am–2pm) – Castlefields Community Centre, Runcorn

If you’re concerned about ASB, don’t stay silent, report it to the Council here

We all have a role to play in keeping our communities safe ... on and off the pitch.
