Linnets manager Antony Kay has made former Bala Town team mate Luke Wall the first signing of his Runcorn reign.

The 27-year-old winger spent two years with the Cymru Premier side but now returns to his homeland with the Yellow and Greens.

Liverpool-born Luke has represented 17 clubs in a much-travelled career.

He had joined Bala from Widnes in 2022, having previously starred in Wales with Bangor City, winning the Welsh League's Young Player of the Year award after joining in 2017 and playing in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.

Luke graduated from the youth set-up at Blackburn Rovers and had a spell in Gibraltar with Boca Gilbratar and Lincoln Red Imps.

His other clubs have included Accrington Stanley, Altrincham and Warrington Rylands.

Welcome to Runcorn Linnets, Luke!
